Short term let (1 month) but open to longer. My lease is up at the end of September but I am moving out at the end of August so looking for someone to move in for the month of September. However, there is an option to renew the tenancy after September, which you can discuss with the other two tenants. Please note that if you choose to renew as a household the landlord requests you vacate the property for 1 week while they do checks (unfortunately this is non-negotiable!).
The other two tenants are lovely, young professionals who enjoy hanging out but also their alone time.
