The landlord is selling and so there are some occassional viewings ( roughly once a week or fortnight)
The contract on offer is flexible on a rolling monthly basis.
The monthly rate would be for flatmates intending to stay 3 mths or more.
We'd consider shorter stays too but the rent would be 10% higher (to cover the probability that we might have a few vacant days in between flatmates)
