Our lovely home has a vacant furnished, double bedroom available on the ground floor of our lovely 4 bedroom house.

* PLEASE NOTE THIS ROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR A MAX OF 6 MONTHS STARTING OCTOBER 8th*

The double room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, closet, dresser, large working desk, chair and curtains- big windows as well for lots of natural light! Because you’d be on the ground floor, there is a two piece bathroom down the hallway for you, we as a house use it if we’re in need too on the ground floor but it would primarily be yours! It comes with a little mirror and cabinet for your essentials.

The three other bedrooms are upstairs, this would give you great privacy and space. The full bathroom is upstairs, which has a lovely shower, large tub, toilet and sink.

This house has a large living room, furnished with two couches, centre table, side tables and has a projector screen to watch shows and movies. It’s a very cozy space!

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, large sink, fridge, lots of cabinet space and all the bits and pieces needed to have a functioning kitchen, which also leads to a large garden/yard space. It has plenty of natural light, a great space to work if you’d like!

Bonus we also have a washing machine!

Location: the location is absolutely amazing, a 7 min walk to East Acton Station which takes you into central within half an hour on the Central Line, an 8 min walk to the bus stops that also takes you into central/oxford circus, notting hill etc.

White city is right next door, which has a massive Westfield. It’s a great walk as well! The grocery stores nearby include Iceland and LIDL which are around a 10 min walk, there are also plenty of local fresh fruit and vegetable markets. We also happen to live by a massive park, which allows us a great view!

A little bit about us:

We are Shivanj (Canadian, 30) Mariana (Portuguese, 27) and Mailen (Spanish, 28) were all very friendly, clean and hard working. Were all in the arts/film production industry, which means are schedules very, sometimes we work from home and other times were out working. We’re not a party house, we enjoy time in the common areas but also love our peaceful time in our rooms relaxing. We all cater to cleaning the space, keeping it very maintained and hope to have our new housemate be similar! We’re all very laid back, polite and respectful- sometimes silly!
