Double Available near Westfield Shopping Centre

We're looking for someone to join us in our 4 bedroom flat from the middle of October. It's a pretty good sized double bedroom that comes furnished with what you see in the pictures. There should be enough room for a desk in there if wanted.

The flat is located right on Westway in W12 and is a 10 minute walk to White City (Central Line) or 12 minute walk to Wood Lane (HS&C + Circle). It’s on a busy road but the rooms and living room face the other side of the flat so the noise is totally fine. It’s a quick bike from Shepherds Bush Market as well as Nottingham Hill (more info about the location below). The price also includes council tax, though the deposit will be a bit higher than is listed.

You’d be living with Anton and Nathaniel both of whom are classical singers and Tamas who is a Sommelier and plays the flute.

Anton studies at the Royal Academy of Music and loves cooking, theatre, museums and fitness. Nathaniel just graduated from the Academy and is into climbing, running and will head out for pubs/music if anyone would want to join.

We’re looking for an open-minded, kind and considered person, someone who’d be friendly to hang out sometimes and have some occasional shared meals and such. It’s important to us to have sense of community to create a space that really feels like home. We like to keep the communal areas clean so we’re looking for someone who’d feel into that as well. There will be some occasional music practicing in the flat so would work well for a musician or just somebody who wouldn't mind! It wouldn't be too often and Nathaniel occasionally teaches some voice lessons from his room as well.

The house is only a few steps away from bus stop ZZ of White City Estate.
The nearest supermarkets are Tesco express (8 min walk), Lidl (9 min by bus or 19 min by foot), Shepherd's Bush Green with many supermarkets like Superdrug, Boots, One Below, Lidl, Holland and Barrett, Sainsbury's (12 min by bus or 20 min by foot) and the big Westfield Shopping Centre with pretty much every store you’ll ever need (about a 15 min. walk.)
