Hi, we are two friends (girs, 25 & 26) looking for a third flatmate to join us in our cosy and light 3-bed flat in White City / Shepherds Bush. The living room does *not* have a bed btw!
The room is available ASAP and rent is £840pm (without bills).
We have a 1 year contract with a 6 month break clause.
As for us, we are recent graduates, working in an NGO and a consultancy. We enjoy a good mix of being sociable, hanging out and having alone time. We like cooking together, going to the pub, getting coffee on a Saturday, cycling and yapping.
Other than that we are pretty calm and low key.
