There’s gas & electricity bill and broadband on top so depending on the season it’s £40-100/pcm .

Great location!!! 2 min walk from White City Station (Central Line) and 4 mins from Woodlane (Hammersmith&City Line) also super close to Westfield and all the shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, White City House and Television Centre. Beautiful park 2 min walk as well.

The house is situated in a quiet location with double-glazed windows. The room is a good size and comes furnished with a double bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. There's plenty of storage throughout the house.

We have 2 bathrooms, shared between 2 people each. There's also a shared study/office for working from home or quiet time, and it includes a guest bed for occasional visitors.

The spacious living room opens to a sunny, south-facing garden (when the sun's out).

You can apply for a parking permit with the council if needed.

IDEAL FLATMATE:

We are all in our 30's, so ideally, we'd like someone in their 30's as well. Someone respectful, considerate, friendly, and EXTREMELY CLEAN. We really like to keep the place tidy, so having a high level of cleanliness is a MUST.

If you have a problem with cleaning or you don't have the time, then this house isn't for you to rent out. We're looking for someone who not only cleans but also keeps things clean.

We would like someone who cares for this house the same way we do. We're all expats who have lived in London for 8+ years, and this is our home away from home, so creating a homely atmosphere is something we strive for.
