Double room- shared room sublet available

Hiya all,

So I work in London but live in Devon, commuting back and forth for work. I stay part-time at both locations, and I’m looking for someone in a similar situation (work in London but live outside London) to share the cost of the room. You would pay £300 per month for rent for 2 weeks access to the property/room. The room will be shared, with an allocated wardrobe space where you can securely lock your belongings when you're coming and going.

The room itself is bright and has a double bed, two wardrobes, a desk with a chair, drawers, and a small shelf.

We are a friendly household that enjoys chatting in the living room, but we also respect each other's space. We have one cat and two snakes — not your typical pet combination, but it's good to know that my housemate is a qualified animal behaviorist.

This room would be ideal for someone who needs accommodation while in London for work, with a 50/50 split on room access. We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly, and responsible.
