Hiya guys,

I'm temporarily subletting my room from Nov 2024 - March 2025. My job is normally London based, however, over these months I will be based in Sheffield.

So the room... The room gets amazing light and comes fitted with a double bed, 2x wardrobes, 1x desk and desk chair, 1x drawers, 1x small shelve.

We are a house hold who gets on well together and enjoy sharing some good chats in the living room. We are also very respectful of each others space too.

We have have 1x dog, 1x cat and 2x snakes. Perhaps not your typical combo of pets but it's helpful to know that my house mate is a qualified animal behaviourist. My dog will be coming with me to Sheffield whilst I am away.

This room would suit someone looking for short-term accommodation. Ideally, you are clean, friendly and responsible.

Bills are generally a little more over winter - £115-130 per month
