Hi potential flatmates,

We’re looking for a new flatmate after our friend moved back home to Paris. It's really important that we get the right person so please have a read and see if this might be a good fit for you.

US
It would be brilliant if we could get a like-minded, chilled, and interesting person who likes a laugh to join the flat.

Beth has been living here for over three years and works in HR. She enjoys swimming, attempting to keep house plants alive and has an extensive reading list.

Ethan has lived here for about six months, works in export, enjoys salsa dancing and also has a decently sized reading list.

We're friendly and welcoming, but appreciate everyone needs their own space. We like to keep the place in good condition and tidy, but equally, we're chilled enough not to get the hump if the washing up is done in a leisurely time!

ROOM
The room is a good size and comes with a double bed, a side table, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe with a fitted mirror, a desk and a lamp, so there is plenty of storage!

FLAT & BILLS
The flat is ready to move into and very homely. It's a 3 bed that was completely refurbished in 2014 and has been really well maintained. The flat comes fully furnished with: 2x sofas, a 4 person dining table, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, drying racks, dishwasher (lifesaver), electric hob, oven, microwave, hoover, iron, ironing board, and a fair amount of storage.

*Council tax, electricity, gas, water, Internet, and TV licence are all included in the headline price. The only things you'll have to contribute to will be topping up the cleaning products and we hire a cleaner to come in once a month to clean the communal areas of the flat.

AREA
It's a great place in zone 2 where you can feel out of the hustle and bustle of London, yet only 10-20 minutes away from being right in the mix.

The flat is in a quiet area and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. There are good local shops and amenities within a 5-minute walk from our flat (Tesco, Sainsbury's, gym, dry cleaners, doctors surgery and dentist).

The flat is about a 10-minute walk to White City and Wood Lane tube stations. A few minutes further and you're in Shepherd's Bush and the Westfield shopping centre that has anything and everything, including a bowling alley, crazy golf and a cat café (a must for some)!

Contract length: 6 months minimum. But in an ideal world, we'd like to get a lovely individual in for the long haul.

THE BORING BITS
The first month of rent will have to be paid upfront with a deposit (the deposit will be in will be in a deposit protection scheme.) Rent will be paid on the first of every month by direct debit.
