Largest room in a 3-bedroom flat. Your flatmates would be two males, both super nice guys! Tomas is very sweet and travels a lot, so you probably won't see him often. Nathan is also very nice and chill, however he'll be leaving in January.

You'll be subletting from me until January with bills included, then you'd sign your own one-year lease. Price will be £700 from then onwards unless negotiated otherwise with the landlord. Bills will be £95.
