Double Room With Balcony In White City

💐 large double room in 3-bed flat in white city with balcony - £1075 per month without bills 💐

I’m looking to move out of London in December but will need to find someone to take over my room. The tenancy is currently running until the end of August 2025. I will be moving out at the start of December and am flexible to coordinate move out with the new tenant 😊

• 10 min walk from white city station, on the central line
• 14 mins from wood lane station
• 14 min walk from westfield
• 1 bathroom
• Sharing with 2 working professionals in their 20s, one male and one female
• We do our own thing in the flat but all get along 😊 Both flatmates are often out or working so you get to feel you have the flat to yourself most of the time!
• No crazy affordability checks - I think maybe a reference is required and the deposit and first rent upfront.

Deposit is £1075 and electricity bills are always relatively low (fully electric flat - no gas. between £15-25 each, i don’t think i have ever paid more than £35). Council tax is paid up to Jan so will need to discuss direct reimbursement of £92 (46 x 2 months). Council tax band D (£46 per month each). The last water bill I paid was £60 for 3 months, we pay this directly to the landlord. It’s in a quiet, safe, well connected residential area nearby a school. Responsive and friendly landlord 😊
