Due to personal reasons, I need to move out of this lovely flat I’ve really enjoyed living in. I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting from December or January until July, with an official contract arranged with the landlord.

The property is a standalone house with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, located in the Shepherd’s Bush Market/White City area. The available room is a double bedroom on the first floor.

Rent is £1000 per month, with bills and council tax split equally, approximately £100-£150. The deposit is £1154.
Will need to pay 6 months rent upfront.

The house is conveniently located within an 8-minute walk to Shepherd’s Bush Market station and a 10-minute walk to White City station.
