A small street of shops including a Tesco, a Butchers, a lovely independent coffee & wellness shop (for vegan groceries), a plant/flower shop etc. is just a 2-minute walk away (we also have some great takeaways around us and are owned by very lovely people!) A big park is a 5-minute walk away, and it is a 15 minutes’ walk away from Portobello Road and Holland Park.

Availability and requirements:
The room is available now with super speedy move-in. Single occupancy and no couples. This is a Council requirement.

To move in you will need to sign your e-sign tenancy agreement. You will need to pay a £669 deposit up-front and first month’s rent.

The minimum length of tenancy is until 14th September 2025, but you can stay as long as you want.
