I am looking for a female student or professional to take over my room in a lovely 3-bedroom modern flat starting in May, located in White City, near Notting Hill. The building is at 88 Wood Lane, making it perfect for anyone working or studying at Imperial College London, especially with it being located on the White City campus. However, it’s also ideal for anyone, Imperial-affiliated or not, who would love this flat.

This area is fantastic, with easy access to the city center! We’re a 5-minute walk from White City Station and a 10-minute walk from Westfield Shopping Center. If you fancy a stroll to Notting Hill, it’s just a 15-minute walk away!

I’m looking for someone who is easy-going, enjoys living in a clean flat, and values peace and quiet. This is a calm, quiet flat, so we’re hoping to find someone who doesn’t host large gatherings.

The bedroom is ensuite, comes with a bed, built-in closet, and private bathroom. The shared living space is fully furnished as well. The views are stunning – the flat is on the 28th floor, offering panoramic views of London.
