I am here to present you my master bedroom in a friendly house share in the White City/East Acton area, becoming available as early as April 1st. I have lived in this great house share for the past two and a half years and am leaving to move in with my partner, leaving behind a great group of housemates.

About the room- it is very spacious for London, gets lots of natural light during the day and has been well maintained. It has a double bed with under bed storage space, two wardrobes, a table and a chest of drawers It is located at the top floor of the house and overlooks the garden. All bills are included in the room price. The room has wooden laminated flooring. The rent is 235 pw/1021 pcm ALL BILLS INCLUDED and the length of the tenancy will be 8 months, with ability to renew. Deposit is one month and held by the Deposit Protection Scheme.

About the house- It is situated in a safe, quiet residential street. There is a large, open-plan kitchen and living space, with French windows leading out onto the sunny, southwest-facing garden, which is perfect for BBQs in the summer. There are two shared bathrooms and an additional toilet, as well as under-stairs storage space. The kitchen comes with a fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

About the housemates- my lovely housemates are three girls and one guy, the youngest being 22 and the oldest (me) at 28. They all work full-time Monday to Friday and are fairly independent, but will watch movies together or go to the pub for drinks occasionally. This means everyone gets their own space as no one has the exact same working hours- ideal for sharing bathrooms! They are clean and tidy (there is a cleaning rota in place) and respect each other's space.

About the practical stuff- the house is about a 10 minute walk to East Acton tube station on the Central Line at the end of Zone 2 and a 15 minute walk to Wood Lane tube station on the Circle/Hammersmith & City lines. There are excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops less than a 5 minute walk from the house. For groceries, there is a Lidl 10-15 minute walk away and a Sainsbury's Local that's a 10 minute walk away. You are also about a 15 minute walk from the Westfield Shepherds Bush location with lots of shops, restaurants and even a cinema. Uxbridge Road also has lots of shops, restaurants and bars/pubs to explore. We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for a wander along the river and shopping) or if the outdoors is more your thing we are also near Holland Park.

About the rest- I own some of the furniture you can see in the pictures. In the bedroom the desk chair, bookshelf, walking pad and nightstand are mine.. (I bought the chair less than 4 months ago!) I'm happy to sell the bookshelf and desk chair for 50 pounds if interested. If you are not interested, no worries, I will get rid of them for you so that they're not in your way.
