You would be living with a friendly and relaxed 26 year old graphic designer.

Looking for a professional established in London who also wants to live in a relaxed and respectful place.

Rent will be £1075 per month, with bills (utilities and council tax) around £200 per month in addition. Total cost will be approximately £1275 per month. We have also been hiring a cleaner bi-weekly, at a cost of £50 per person per month, but this will be up to your discretion.
