We have a room available in our peaceful, friendly 3-bedroom flat from September. You’d be sharing with me (Canadian) and one other girl (French). It’s a calm, respectful home, ideal for someone who values a quiet and tidy space; this is definitely not a party flat.

- Rent: £850 per month (all bills included)

- One-year contract minimum

About You:
-Full-time employed (preferred)
-Must have the right to live and work in the UK
-Ideally, in your late 20s to 30s
-No party lifestyle
-Ideal for someone low-key, independent, and tidy
