Looking for someone to replace me end of September/Beginning of October (negotiable)

There’s a shared living room/kitchen and 1 bathroom, shower room and separate WC
The house is really close to the station (White City and Wood Lane)
-Washer + Drier
-The room has lots of natural light, with no line of sight from the street
-The garden space is great during the summer

The contract is 12 months, all bills included except for WiFi which is about £4 a month.

Some things about the housemates:
-4 other girls between 25-28 🇫🇷🇹🇷🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🇺🇸
-We are friends and regularly celebrate birthdays etc with previous housemates too, we often bake for each other too 🧁
