Convenient single room in East Acton

Hi, we're looking for a flatmate for our house in East Acton. We're two final year geology students and a recent graduate who met at uni through our caving club, our friend has just graduated so we're looking to fill the room. We are fairly quiet nerdy people with an interest in outdoorsy stuff, but anyone is welcome. It's a single room, 2.5 x 3m which includes two large built-in cupboards to store your stuff, and space for a desk. The house has a large garden which is great for summer bbqs. There is a large shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house is a 5 minute walk from East Acton tube, a big Lidl supermarket and Wormwood Scrubs park. The house has been occupied by students for 5 years so it's a little messy and rough around the edges, but it is cozy and we think still a good deal. The landlord is planning to sell the house so currently the new contract will be until the end of June 2026, for this reason we think it would be well-suited to a final year student looking to save on summer rent. Council tax is Band E, we have been splitting this between the non-students.
