- The communal area will come with a brand new 4 seater couch and the rest is unfurnished. We plan to furnish the rest on a budget 😅
- Has a ton of natural light from the skylights, the shared terrace and a lovely Juliet balcony
- Has a dishwasher, washer and a dryer and a good amount of hidden storage. Comes with a gas cooker which we are all very excited about.
- The house has been recently refurbished and is in great condition.
- Location: 12–15 mins from Shepherd’s Bush Market, White City and Wood Lane stations
- Move in: 25th September
- Referencing: either 30 x rent in income/ savings/ scholarships or a UK based guarantor with 36x the rent
