We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly home on a quiet street in Shepherd’s Bush/White City. The fully furnished double room sits at the back of the property, making it peaceful and private, and it opens straight onto our large garden—perfect for relaxing or working outside when the weather’s nice.

You’d be living with two easygoing guys (video production + marketing). We work from home part-time, keep things tidy and chilled, and enjoy being social while also respecting space.

The flat has a cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen (with washer/dryer), shared bathroom, and a big garden. The area is quiet but very well connected, with great shops and cafés nearby.

We’re ideally looking for someone staying around a year. The agent will need a reference, guarantor or proof of income, plus right-to-rent/UK citizenship. Bills are around £100 each per month (+/- 15%).
