Double room bills included friendly houseshare

Hi!
I’m sadly moving out of this beautiful room in central London as I’ll be relocating outside the city for a new job.

The flat is located in White City, with White City Station (3-minute walk) and Wood Lane Station (5-minute walk) very close by. Westfield Shopping Centre is also just a 7-minute walk away, making the location extremely convenient.

The room is part of a 5-girl flatshare (you would be the 5th person). It’s the largest room in the house, with a lovely view over a peaceful, green residential area.

My flatmates are all amazing people, and we have a very harmonious atmosphere in the house. We are all professionals who enjoy socialising from time to time. Although we have different interests, we love cooking together, hosting dinner parties, and having house gatherings with games.

The house includes:
1 bathroom and 1 shower room
2 toilets in total
2 fridges
A spacious living room, perfect for socialising after work
A beautiful garden
A big kitchen
Landlord (agency) is very responsive to any issues arising.

The area is very safe, with resident-only access via a fob key. I’ve walked here very late at night and early in the morning over the past two years with no issues at all.

Move-in date: 27th January (I’ll be moving out on the 26th).

Ideally, we’re looking for a clean, communicative flatmate who would enjoy joining in with house activities while also being comfortable spending time independently.
