I am looking for someone to take over my double room in this cosy 5 house in the White City area as I am sadly moving out of London for work. This is a great house with lovely people, I have had the best time living here.

About the house 🏡

- Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher
- Large living/dining area
- The available room is downstairs and you will share the downstairs bathroom with one other girl (another bathroom and extra w/c upstairs!)
- Front garden and a back patio (we have even used a paddling pool out there in the summer!)

About the flatmates 🫶🏼

- You’ll be living with 4 other girls 🇬🇧🇮🇹🇺🇦🇿🇦 (this house has always been kept to girls only! 👯‍♀️)
- They are all in their 20s, working in London and just the loveliest people
- It’s a friendly house where we all watch tv, do puzzles, go out for drinks and have nights in together but everyone also likes their space and quiet time too

About the area 📍

- East Acton tube station (central line): 10-15 minute
- Shepherd’s bush overground, Circle line, and Hammersmith and City line: 15-20 minute walk
- Westfield shopping centre nearby! 🛍️
- Within a 10 minute walk there is also a Sainsbury’s, a Lidl, a pharmacy, a doctors and two gyms

Our landlord will require references and a holding deposit from you. Once you have decided you would like the room I will pass along your email address and they will reach out to you directly. As I am leaving my contract early we will decide your moving in date between us!
