Cozy double room in East Acton (zone 2)

I’m leaving my house after over a year due to family constraints, and I’m looking for another girl to take over my tenancy in this female houseshare.

The room is lovely, with a large window, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It also has a desk that belongs to me that unfortunately I can’t take it to my new place, but I’m happy to sell it to the new tenant if they’d like. There’s also a fireplace, which gives the room a really cosy vibe.

The house itself is really spacious. It has a large living room with under-stairs storage and a beautiful kitchen with a designated dining area overlooking the garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and a washer-dryer, plus lots of built-in storage. The bathroom is clean and has a large window for proper ventilation.

The house is just a 5-minute walk from East Acton station on the Central Line, and several bus stops are within an 8-minute walk. Lidl is about 10 minutes away on foot, and there are also Iceland and other shops nearby. It’s also a minute away from Wormwood Scrubs and a 12-minute walk to Hammersmith Hospital (really good for Imperial students!). Westfield is also very close.

You will be sharing with Sofia (Italian), who is in her late 20s and works from home as an Advertising Monetisation Manager, using her room as her office. The other flatmate, Fede, is also leaving soon (early February), so if you already have a buddy, you may be able to take her room as well (Ad reference no. 18130786).

Rent is £900 per month (paid on the 12th of each month). Bills usually come to around £110–£130 per person per month depending on the season, going up a bit in winter. The contract renews every October, and you are welcome to stay longer if you agree this with the landlord.
