Bright, Renovated Room Across From Tube Station

I’m looking for someone to take over my room on March 9th (slightly flexible) as I’m moving in with friends!

🏡Room is £1021/pm including all bills except wifi (approx £5pm). The deposit is one month’s rent. Contract would be 1 year but you can leave at any point with a replacement tenant. The estate agency is close by & super responsive!

📍This is a 5-bed house right across the street from the White City tube station. The other flatmates are 2 guys & 2 girls aged 24-25, all working professionals. We love catching up in the evenings & going to the pub on the weekends. We would love someone with similar interests who is clean & sociable but also enjoys doing their own thing!

🛏️ The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, bedside table, and wardrobe. There’s a separate storage closet outside the room that is great for suitcases + there is tons of under bed storage. It was also renovated last Jan so the room is gorgeous & the bed is new!

🚊It takes less than 30mins to get into central London, so it’s perfect for someone in office or hybrid. Aside from White City station, Wood Lane station (H&C Line) is also a 5 mins walk away. The house is right near the Shepherd’s Bush Westfield with tons of pubs, super markets, gyms, & restaurants within a 10 mins walk. I’ve been here 2 years and have yet to run out of restaurants and stores to try!

🛋️There are 2 toilets & 2 showers in the flat. The kitchen has lots of storage space (and 2 fridges!!). There is a dishwasher, washing machine, & dryer in-unit. We’ve also got both a large lounge and a garden, which are amazing to have in central London in summer.
