The WiFi, council tax ( Band B -GBP 1,951.95 per year), service charge ( GBP 2,500 per year), water bill( GBP 560.48 per year ), and fortnightly cleaning of the common areas are included in the rent, except gas and electricity bills which will be shared by three tenants.
