Ideally we are looking for someone who will rent the room for long term, NO COUPLES I’m afraid.
The flat is a duplex apartment with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two living rooms and a massive 360 rooftop terrace.
We are all professionals working within the creative industry and we are looking for someone who is nice and friendly and who can call this flat a home. We love cooking together, have drinks, do BBQS so we expect the person to be sociable rather than treat this as a place to just sleep.
