Spacious Double Room in Whitechapel/Aldgate East

Hi everyone!

We have a very spacious Double room available in our flat. Ideally you need be able to move it before the 12th of January at the latest!
The room is fully furnished and comes with your own service toilet (external to the room). Working from home is ok.

The flat has everything you'd expect: a fully equipped big kitchen, high speed broadband, a shared bathroom (you will also have your own toilet) and a nice little backyard patio, which is ace.
You'll be sharing the place with me and the other tenant, Nicholas. We are both professionals working as a motion designer and architect.
We have our own things going on and we respect each other's personal space; while not being a party-house, we do like to organise get-togethers for drinks, BBQs or a day out hiking!

Monthly bills (council tax band C, broadband, water, gas and electricity) amount to ~100£/month each over a period of 12 months. The number varies between summer and winter as gas and electricity get used differently.
We use a cleaning rota to ensure the house is looked after properly and stays tidy.

The flat is located 5-8 minutes walking from Aldgate East and Whitechapel tube stations, 5 minutes from Brick Lane and 20 minutes walking from Liverpool Street Station. Plenty of buses options around. Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi and all sorts of stores you might need are at a very short walking distance.

Victoria Park and Weavers Field are also not too far away as well as Bethnal Green, Shoreditch and Hackney.
