Ensuite double room couples welcome

I and my boyfriend are renting out our room for a short-term or also open to sublet the room for longer time. Moving date is open and flexible. Couples are very welcome but price would have to be agreed.

The room:
It is a double bedroom with big windows providing plenty of natural light to the room. The room has a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, and two bedside tables. It is an ensuite, the bathroom has a shower and toilet with plenty of storage for cosmetic. I also work from home so I have a folding table in the room ready to use If not it can be stored in our storage.

The house:
It is a split level three-bedroom maisonette with a large patio and living area. It is a new build (6 years old) that benefits from state of the art underfloor heating, completed with ceramic flooring. There are three toilets in total, one of which has a bath. The patio is big and private as it's shielded from the street by other buildings, we store our bikes there and have our small urban garden. Its a perfect place for us to have BBQ and relax and it doesn't feel like being in the middle of busy city.

You will live with two professionals ( Tech and Finance) and our super cute Bengal cat ( unemployed ) who all love to cook and eat. We like to have dinners or spend evenings together just to create nice home in this uncertain times.

The flat runs on fiber-optic by EE, our average speed is around 60mbps since our jobs demand fast internet connection. So no connection problems here🙂
