The apartment is on the ground floor (so no climbing stairs with groceries!!) and it's just 5 minutes walking from Whitechapel Station (Elizabeth line, District, Hammersmith and City and Overground) and 10 minutes from Bethnal Green (Central Line)
The room is a decent sized double room, bed with space underneath and a nice tall wardrobe and large chest of drawers
The apartment has a fabulous plus: a BIG living room with a great TV, that has Disney+, Amazon Prime, Live Sports and that's all included in the rent!
The flat is nice and warm, it has big windows, really great water pressure and the water gets properly hot, so no cold, sad showers!
The kitchen has a microwave, washing machine, really modern dryer, freezer and there are 2 fridges. We have a Nespresso machine too - Just chip in for some pods now and then. Also there are plenty of plates, cutlery, pans and pots so you don't have to worry about any of that.
The location is super convenient and there is a MASSIVE Sainsbury's literally across the street, plenty of pubs, restaurant and shops around, a gym 5 mins away and many buses to get you basically anywhere.

The move in date is currently August 20th - or you will at least need to start paying from this time.
