All bills included within the rental amount- Gas, Water, Electric, Council Tax, and Internet.

Additionally there are cleaners scheduled every 10 days to clean all the communal shared areas of the property, (kitchen, passage, shower/toilet)
this cost is also included within the rental amount.

There are no additional costs/bills to pay.

Must be in employment.

Strictly non-smoking.

I am a Direct Landlord.

Minimum contract: 3 months.
