We’re currently two working professionals looking for a third flatmate to join our flat from mid-September.

The room is fully furnished with walk-in wardrobe, bright and spacious, with lots of natural light throughout.

It’s on the 5th floor and has a great open view, with a lift in the building.

One of the best features is the kitchen, which opens directly onto the balcony - perfect for getting some fresh air, having a coffee, or relaxing in the evening.

There is a security guard on duty and its easy for Amazon packages to get delivered.

The location is also very convenient:

* 5-minute walk to Whitechapel Station – Elizabeth Line, District Line and Overground
* Around 15 minutes to Central London
* 8-minute walk to a large Sainsbury’s Superstore, Tian Tian market, banks, post office
* Around 10 minutes’ walk to Brick Lane, Algate East
* Around 15 minutes’ walk to Liverpool Street

The area is very well connected while still being within walking distance of Shoreditch, Brick Lane and the City.

We’re both working professionals and are looking for someone friendly, clean and easy-going to join the flat.
