The top (4th) floor flat in question is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, so you’ll have 1 of each for yourself.

Your bedroom features a full (double) bed with a large south-facing window, providing great sunlight throughout the day, weather permitting.
The room features under-bed storage, which, combined with a wardrobe and a tall shoe-rack-style cupboard, provides a fair amount of private storage room.
The bathroom contains a mirror cabinet, as seen on the picture, beside a toilet and a shower.

The living room is extra large, showing westward views of the sunset through full-height french windows. There’s also a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher etc. There’s a washing machine, along with two smaller storage areas.

The building is part of the Aldgate Triangle, which includes access to the concierge, gym and sauna. The parking garage below has available spaces to rent.

I am looking for a flatmate, with whom I can have a good and respectful understanding, preferably a student or young professional. If you share some of my interests, that would a great addition to our relationship as flatmates.
I am a student, I can play the piano and saxophone, but will not disturb you while you are at home, should you wish so. I am a lighthearted and easygoing person that wishes to live drama-free with someone. I also love to cook, so there will be plenty of that going around.
