Our flat of 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom/1 WC has 1 room vacant starting in September.

We are two graduate students at LSE studying public policy. Both of us, Arjun and Kelly are looking for a flatmate who is LGTBQ-friendly, tidy, and sociable.

The desk and loft bed come with the unit but don’t feel pressured to keep them if you would prefer to switch them out for a regular bed.

The neighborhood is very quiet with easy walking access to Brick Lane, Shoreditch. We are a two-minute walk from a large Sainsbury’s and less than ten minutes from the District Line, Central, Elizabeth, H&C, and DLR.

This is a lease renewal for a minimum of 9 months (with possibility of extending). The landlord requires 6 months rent up front if the tenant does not have a UK-based job or guarantor.
