Very central location, 20 minute walk to both Bank and Tower Bridge. Great rail links, with Elizabeth, District, H&C, Circle, DLR and Overground lines all nearby. Very secure building with concierge and double lock entry.

Flat is shared with a young professionals in their mid-20s. Pretty sporty, outgoing and sociable, but doesn't particularly want people who would hold parties/events regularly.

Rooms both come furnished with a bed, wardrobe and drawers. Flat is largely furnished as you’ll be moving in with a current tennant.

The Tenancy expires October 1st but there is the possibility of extending for a further 12 months, subject to discussions with the landlord.

Ideally looking for two friends as tenant swap for both rooms will have to be signed at the same time.
