Very central location, 20 minute walk to both Bank and Tower Bridge. Great rail links, with Elizabeth, District, H&C, Circle, DLR and Overground lines all nearby. Very secure building with concierge and double lock entry.

Flat is shared with a young professionals in their mid-20s. Pretty sporty, outgoing and sociable, but doesn't particularly want people who would hold parties/events regularly.

Rooms both come furnished with a bed, wardrobe and drawers. Flat is largely furnished as you’ll be moving in with two current tennants.

The room is free from late August with the tenancy renewing in on October 1st. The new tenant would need to sign up for another yearm (as in, we aren't just looking for someone short term)
