We’re looking for a rad person in their late 20s/early 30s to join our house-share family in our stunning 4bd 2bthm terraced house in Whitechapel from October,
The house is located on a quiet side road just a 5-minute walk from the amazingly well-connected Whitechapel station (Overground, Elizabeth Line, Hammersmith & District Lines), with Brick Lane, Spitalfields + Shoreditch less than a 20-minute walk from us. The house consists of a large kitchen, dining, and living space leading out onto an amazing courtyard that catches a lot of sun. The place was renovated and filled with beautiful art and furniture by the landlord who lived here for a long time before we took over the lease.
The large room gets amazing afternoon sun and will comfortably fit a double bed and a home office. It also has its own private balcony.
We’re currently a Kiwi/Aussie household of 2 gals and a guy in their late 20s/ early 30s who have lived together for 2-3 years now. We’re all in creative industries, and WFH most of the week. We have a family vibe in the house and we’re looking for someone who wants to join our little crew and be social together. Whether that’s house dinners, pub outings, going to gigs, or even an occasional cheeky house party.
Rent is £1125 a month plus bills.
