Description
1 double bedroom in Whitechapel - Right between Whitechapel station and Aldgate East. For couples happy to switch so you’d have the larger room. Please read below.
£925pm due on the 1st of every month.
Bills £170ish each
These numbers are based off 1 person moving in, will be less per person if you’re a couple.
Hey! I’m Scott, 28 year old professional who works for a fintech finance company in Old Street. I’ve been living in this flat for about a year. Housemate is moving out end of September so looking to do viewings asap.
Great location - Right near Spitalfields market, Brick lane, short walk to Shoreditch. On the Lizzy Line, Overground, Hammersmith & City, and District lines. Also near pubs and a gym.
For single person - It’s the smaller Room comes unfurnished. Although the room isn’t the largest, you will put anything in the living room as well - Feel free to decorate/add to the place as much as you like - I’m not great at that sort of thing.
Recently had a new washer/dryer installed. Also have a dishwasher and you’ll have plenty of space in the fridge/freezer.
If you are a couple - I would move into this smaller room pictured, and happily give you the larger room. Happy to accept £1100 for a couple for the room (instead of an even split which means you two would pay £1,235) and bills 3 ways equally. If you’re interested let me know and I’ll send pictures of my room.
Furniture in the living room belongs to myself, so no money from deposit if you spill wine on it.
A bit more about me - I enjoy being sociable, going out for drinks with my mates, exploring, going to local markets, watching most sports, going to theatre, gaming, and just keeping busy.
Can be social, but also like my own personal space. I’ll often be out, but if I’m in the flat I’m kinda resting in my room. I am friendly and happy to chill as well. Consider myself to be clean and tidy as I keep most of my stuff in my room. I work from home every Monday and Friday, and sometimes on other random days.
I’m really easy going, enjoy just having a laugh, and as long as you clean up after yourself then we’ll get on fine!
Some pets are fine - As much as I would love to have a dog, there isn’t much outdoors space for one. But if you have an indoor cat or something similar that would be fine.
Viewings will mainly be evenings and weekends.
Feel free to ask any questions. Can do virtual viewings if needed. I can pretty much live with anyone, as long as you’re a good person and can deal with terrible dad jokes
