Location: Don Gratton House, 82 Old Montague Street, E1 5NN
Contract term: 2 Feb - 5 July 2024, 22 weeks. (Maybe could be extended)
Rent: 250pw including bill (286pw original), if you can cover all the term, we can discuss more about it
Room type: five room ensuit with private bathroom and toilet, sharing a kitchen.
the other four rooms are 3 Chinese boys and 1 Indonesian boy.
Eligibility: Students who are studying in London

There is a Tesco, Poundland, Superdrug, gym and many other restaurants and supermarkets within a three minute walk of the flat, making life very convenient.
