I'm away most of the summer and looking for someone to sublet my room from 26 July-15 of August ☺️ Dates are flexible and can be for longer.
Price for the month is £920 including bills so would be adjusted depending on how long you rent for. I would also ask for a small deposit.
You would be sharing with two other girls, one student, one professional. Preferably looking for women!
Room is cosy size but has a heavenly comfy kingsize bed (double mattress situation), built in closet and bathroom right next to it (almost an on suite).
Pros:
- [ ] Very convienent location : 1 min from Whitechapel station ( central in 5 mins, 30 mins away from anywhere in London)
- [ ] 3 mins from big sainsburys
- [ ] 10 min walk to aldgate & shoreditch
- [ ] Balcony
- [ ] Dishwasher
- [ ] Washing machine
- [ ] Comes with bed & night stand & shelf (you would just need to buy a clothing rack)
- [ ] big living room with TV
- [ ] plants 🌱
Cons:
- [ ] Area can be noisy & busy -- earplugs recommended
