Double Room + bathroom in Whitechapel

Currently looking for a new housemate to fill the spare room. The room comes with a double bed and a wardrobe, and there is space to add more in terms of draws, a desk etc. The room also has exclusive use of the main bathroom, which has a bath/shower.

The flat itself comes with a large kitchen/living room and has a large sofa, TV (with Sky Sports), dishwasher, oven etc. My photography skills aren’t the best, but it’s a modern flat that’s about 10 years old, with everything up to date.

The location is absolutely amazing with Stepney Green, Whitechapel and Bethnal Green all within a good walking distance meaning it’s pretty easy to get to just about anywhere in London. Victoria park is about a 25 minute walk, and there is great accessibility into Hackney too. There are lots of supermarkets, pubs, takeaways etc all around the area as well as Genesis cinema being just opposite the flat.

About me: I’m Jackson, 30 and work in PR and Communications in the City. Have lived in London for about 6 years. Enjoy playing and watching football, going to the pub, visiting nice restaurants and making good dinners. Also up for the occasional night out and the odd day festival through the summer too. Have lived in the flat for just under a year, so continually looking for ways to improve the living space (also very open to ideas).

In terms of a housemate, I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy. We currently get a cleaner in every other week to give everything a proper clean too. Looking for someone who has their own things going on, but will also be down for the occasional pint, trip to a pub quiz, and happy to watch the football (or TV more generally if football is not your thing), or just a random night out.

Looking for £900pcm, with bills coming in at around £125-150ish a month.
