Hi! We're Mike, Adam, and Sandro. We're looking for a new flatmate to take over the currently-empty double-room as our lovely flatmate Elina is leaving the UK 😢. We are all friendly working professionals. The room is large, with loads of storage, huge built-in wardrobe, morning sunshine, space for a desk, and even has integrated speakers in the ceiling. You'd be sharing a bathroom with only Sandro so it's clean and always available (as Mike&Adam have an en-suite)! We met on spare-room last year, and Mike & Adam are a couple (together >5 years). All very welcoming, we're pretty clean and tidy. and have a weekly cleaner also. We enjoy cooking and hosting friends for dinner and cocktails. During the week we're all mostly working from office (we all work at different places in the City) but tend to work from home on Fridays.

🗒️ Contract is until April 30th, then possible to renew.
💰£1080 pcm, approx £170pcm bills. Total £1250pcm. Bills include internet, gas, water, elec, council-tax, internet, weekly cleaner, insurance, and nespresso.
