Room Type: Classic En-Suite
Floor: 2nd
Price: £280 per week
Lease Term: June 19th – September 16th (priority given to those who can cover the entire period, but negotiable)
Location: E1, London – very convenient!
What's provided: kitchen utensils (pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, knives and forks, etc.), hair dryer, paper towels, and water filters.
Only Students Can Rent!
Public Transport:
Two major tube stations within 6 and 10-minute walking distance, including Elizabeth Line, Overground, Circle Line, Hammersmith & City Line.
Two bus stops within a 3-minute walk. Public transport is extremely convenient.
Universities:
Walking distance to Queen Mary.
Within 30 minutes of commuting to UCL (main campus and east campus), KCL, LSE, etc. I’m a UCL student and it’s very convenient. Especially for UCL East, there is a direct bus from the front of the building that takes about 20 minutes. I often go there to study.
Supermarkets:
Two major British supermarkets (Asda and Sainsbury's) are within a 10-minute walk.
A large Chinese supermarket is 50 meters to the left as you exit.
A Tesco Express is right opposite and a 24-hour convenience store to the right. There’s also a local market nearby where you can buy cheaper vegetables and fruits, and seafood not commonly found in supermarkets. Shopping here is very convenient and cost-effective.
Safety:
Extremely safe! I have never encountered any safety issues in the past year.
Three levels of security within the building, with a 24-hour reception for incidents of burglary or theft. The area outside the apartment is also very safe with no protests. The main road outside is busy and well-lit. The locals are also very friendly.
Flatmates:
A total of 5 people including myself. Two are Chinese girls, very easy-going and friendly.
One girl from Dubai is also very friendly.
One guy from Hong Kong who is very low-key; I’ve only seen him less than five times in a year.
All flatmates are clean, hygienic, and friendly.
