The apartment is fully furnished with all amenities including a dishwasher. There is a communal roof terrace that is for use of each of the 12 flats in the building (although from experience you'll have pretty much exclusive use!) and a lift. There is also secured cycle storage in the building.

Perfectly located to access all of East London - Victoria Park is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute cycle, Bethnal Green Park is 2 minute walk, London Fields and Shoreditch are both a 15 minute walk or 5 minute cycle and Hackney Wick and Hackney Marshes are a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute cycle.
Bethnal Green tube station is 5 minutes away for Central Line. Bethnal Green Overground is less than 5mins away and Whitechapel is 10mins away for Elizabeth, Hammersmith and District Line and Overground.

You’ll be sharing the flat with a 33yo Kiwi who works in healthcare.
