My flatmate is unfortunately moving out (she’s buying a flat) so I’m looking for a new friendly housemate to take her place!

This is a 2 bed flat so you will just be sharing with 1 other. I have lived in the flat for over 4 years! I am 33, Irish and work in healthcare, so I only occasionally work from home. I have a good of circle of friends in London, usually out a couple of evenings during the week (I recently started Irish dancing!) but also enjoy a night in with a glass of wine.

1 large double room available, with plenty of built in storage. Furnished with a bed, bookshelf, desk and chair.

The flat is bright, spacious and open, overlooking, Sidney Square. It is in a secure block with 8 other flats - originally a warehouse built in the early 1900s. Easy walking distance to supermarkets, bars and cafes. Spitalfields and Brick Lane are also a short walk away. This property is well suited to young professionals due to the ease with which you can get to the City, Canary Wharf and the West End. Residents parking permit available from council.

Plenty of transport options as below:
9 minute walk to Whitechapel station for the Elizabeth line, overground, Hammersmith & city and District line.
7 minute walk to Shadwell station for the DLR and overground.

Local TFL bus network is really convenient, can get into the city within 10 to 15 mins. And within a 25 minute walk.

The room is available from 1st February, once reference checks are completed.

Evening and weekends work best for viewings.
