Large double room to rent in Whitechapel

Hello all! - I will be moving to Australia later this year, and need someone to replace me in my current flat with my lovely flatmate Tom.

The room is a spacious double room (3.4x3.4m approx) with a large built in wardrobe and carpeted floor. There are 2 east-facing sash windows, which allow a lot of natural light, but also have black out blinds affixed for night time. The flat originally came unfurnished, but as I am moving out of the country I am more than happy to leave my bed, mattress and other bedroom furniture in the room if required.

We also have a lovely bathroom (both shower and bath), a large living room and separate kitchen, all of which have big windows for letting natural light in, and lots of plants. The flat comes with a fridge freezer, washing machine and dish-washer.

The nearest station is Whitechapel, which has excellent connections on the Elizabeth line, District, Hammersmith & City and Overground.

Now the boring stuff - your half of the rent will be £1,050. This is due to be paid on the 8th of every month, starting 8th September. You will need to pay a deposit of £1,125 up front to get the ball rolling on referencing etc.

Bills - your half of the wifi, electricity, gas, water and council tax will total approximately £140 on top of the £1,050 rent.
