Cozy Double room in 3 bedroom flatshare

Hi I'm Virginia. I am sad to say that I will be leaving the house on the 30th of July, and I am looking for someone to take my room (move in date/ start paying Wednesday 31st July).

Location:
The flat is based in Whitechapel between Aldgate East tube station (8 minutes walk) , Whitechapel tube station (11 minutes walk) and Shadwell (9 mins walk)

The house:
A three bedroom flat with a shared common space living room and kitchen, one bathroom (one room is en-suite so you’ll share it with one person only)

The room:
Small cozy double room, which comes with a double bed, a bedside table, a small desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The flatmates:
Moises, 32 yo product owner at an insurance company and Apostolos 32 yo software engineer/ theatre maker

Expenses:
The rent is actually £ 685,83 per month (to be pays every 6th of the month)
Roughly the monthly expenses including gas, electricity, internet and water are 140£ each (little less in summer )

Because the room is available on the 31st, a £ 132 will need to be paid for the 6 days 31-5th as the previous flatmate will have paid, on the 6 July, until the 5th August.

To be added in the contract, there will be a £ 50 one time fee to be paid.

Also the £ 600 deposit is paid to the flatmate who is leaving - the landlord has all the deposits in a deposit scheme and instead of him giving it back to the old flatmate and then asking it to the new one, the flatmates just pass it between themselves (and we have all in writing ).

Finally, your previous landlord will need to access a link the agency will send them where they can leave a reference

We are a chilled household, we love spending time together in our nice living room, watching shows together or sports, going out for a beer, but also respect each others personal space. We want someone clean and tidy who shares the same vibes. :)
