Social House share in Whitechapel

I have a double bedroom available in our friendly house share, only minutes away from Whitechapel Station.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room and kitchen area as-well as private garden. (The deposit is actually £1000 but the ad wouldn’t let me put it as £1000 for some reason)

You would be living with Eddie (24), Callum (34) and Henry (25). The current flat all met through spare room, are all very sociable and always up for a drink at the weekend, but work during the week. They would love to have someone who is also social and up for mixing with the flat!

The house is ideally located with Whitechapel Station and Shadwell Overground all a 10 min walk, and bus services straight into central London right outside. There's also a Tesco's a 2 min walk down the road and Sainsbury’s and Asda all a close walk away. Whitechapel has many restaurants, pubs, gyms, shops and more in the area.

We pay about £100 a month for bills (inc council tax) - gas and electric sometimes fluctuates in the winter months, but not by a lot.

There is a double room available - £828.75 per month (deposit £1000) and the move in date is Monday 1st July. The room is very big and has good storage with a wardrobe and and bedside drawers. It does currently have a desk in it which can be purchased if needed or will be going with me.

The current contract is a monthly rolling contract, so you are welcome to stay as long as you like. If you want to leave then you just have to find a replacement. We have a super chilled landlord who is very responsive if you have any issues.
