3 month sublet in Whitechapel

Subletting my room for 3 months (November 2024 to January 2025)

Location: 5 mins walk to Whitechapel station, 10 mins walk to Bethnal Green station

Price: £900 with bills included (winter months might have extra charges due to higher consumption, usually ~£30pp)

This is a two story flat. You’d be living with 3 other flatmates (2 male, 1 female) - they’re really relaxed but sociable, this is definitely not a party flat.

You’d sign a contract with the agency for 3 months, this would include some fees that I’ll be splitting with you (your amounts below) - it’ll all be in the contract.
• Utility cost fee - £150 (covers TV licence, Wi-Fi, etc.)
• 5 weeks deposit which you’ll get back

You can come and see the flat, as well as meet the flatmates.
