Very quiet one bedroom flat with garden

I’m now looking for someone to take my flat.
It’s a one bedroom flat. The bedroom is big enough for a king size bed thus it’s ideal for a young couple.
It’s in a very nice and quiet neighborhood , I’m sure it’s not easy to find another place like this because this flat is the one I found in nearly half a year which is in such a convenient location but not noisy and not that expensive.
It’s 20mins walking or 10mins cycling distanced from City of London. Two tube stations Whatchapel and Stepneygreen are 5 minutes away.
I’m now moving because I have to change my job to another city. This flat originally came without furniture. I have a king size bed and two tables you need to take over together as I can’t move them.
Your monthly income or joint monthly income is required to over £5,000 otherwise you need to pay 6 months rent before you sign the contract. I know it’s hard but it’s required by the agent.
