Hi everyone! Welcome to our flat!
We’re looking for a flatmate to replace one bedroom. Short Term- From August 1st to end of November.
THE FLAT
It's a lovely 3 bedroom flat, located 2minutes walk away from Whitechapel Station. And a walking distance to Shoreditch, Bricklane and Tower Bridge. So many lines to use from the station- Hammersmith & City Line/ District Line/ Circle Line/ Elizabeth Line/ Overground
The flat is 25 minutes train away to Central London.
Sunny and clean, great view from the balcony. Wood floored living room and kitchen.
THE ROOM
Very bright with two windows and a comfortable double bed. It comes with a clothing rack and a small bed side table. The room is downstairs separated from other 2 rooms upstairs.
THE RENT
Rent is 800£ per month per person. Plus bill come to about 80£ each month (without the council tax included) You will have to pay council tax if you’re not eligible for exemption.
Bills each month per person:
Internet- about 15£ (bank transfer)
Gas- about 20£ (bank transfer)
Water- about 15£ (bank transfer)
Electricity- about 25£ (cash)
Deposit may change!!
THE HOUSEMATES
We are three girls working and studying who are very friendly, considerate and understanding. We all are looking for a new replacement for our room until end of November. There will be two other new flatmates who will be replacing the rooms.
