A lovely double room available in a 3rd floor flat and I am looking for a female to take this room - as the other tenant (long time friend) is male, and I prefer to have that balance.
I am a live-in landlord, male 37 years old.
My friend who lives in the 3rd room might be moving out in September, and if he does, I will be replacing with a female as this would presumably be the new female tenant's preference.
The flat is in an excellent location with Whitechapel and Bethnal Green tube short walks away, Shoreditch and Victoria Park both walking distance.
Elizabeth line from Whitechapel can get you to Canary Wharf (2 - 4 mins), Bank ( 10 mins), Tottenham Court Road (8 mins) and many other locations are an extremely short travel time.
Very relaxed household - not much of a late-night going out person anymore, I go to the gym, LOVE food and cooking - and as long as you're very tidy and chilled I'm sure we would get along.
I'm British - half Welsh, half Indian and the other tenant is Korean.
Rent is £1100 with bills included and would be looking for a 3 - 6 month tenancy with the option to extend of course.
